Park Beachside Real Estate has numerous self contained and furnished apartments for rent. There is a minimum stay of 1 week for holiday apartments and seasonal rates apply. Other furnished apartments, with a minimum stay of 3 months, are also available and have a lower weekly and seasonal rate All furnished apartments are cleaned weekly with the supply of fresh linen and towels. Deposits of $500 are required for short term stays to secure a booking, except for the December and January periods. where a full weeks rent is required.
